The knowledge economy of the 20th century as we knew it is changing before our eyes. Whether it is the economic turmoil that is taking place on Wall Street or the changing dynamics of the socio-economic as well as political landscape around the world, the conceptual economy or the conceptual age will sure look different from what we are used to. The one thing that will stay the same is the principle of entrepreneurship. The mediums and the environment will change but the entrepreneurs will be entrepreneurs and once again will take the lead in defining this new age. Conceptual mind represents the group that recognizes the need to adapt to the new world – the era when right brain executives will be leading the boardrooms, the era when creativity will be encouraged in every level, entrepreneurship will be seen less radical and measures will be taken on college campuses and in early level education system to incorporate courses and studies related to business, art, science and math, the era when the innovation and sustainable competitive advantage will once again rein the political debate and the governance.

As the legendary management guru Peter Drucker used to tell us that no body knew for sure what the future would hold, but one thing is certain it would be different. As an ambitious bunch, entrepreneurs once again will take the lead to define and design the future of this conceptual age.
